The only way to know exactly what type of system that best suits your property and the number of occupants in the dwelling is by performing a soil test. A soil test is an onsite analysis that best determines the drainage and limiting factors for a Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (POWTS).

Every septic system is site specific, making any pricing very difficult until two main factors are determined; how many bedrooms are in the dwelling and the type of system required.
While we can offer a ballpark estimate, they tend to be very misleading because there are too many unknown factors without having a soil test report.

Aside from any problematic notes from your tri-annual pumping maintenance, the two most common signs of a failing system are sewage surfacing above ground or backing up into the dwelling. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact us to discuss your next steps.
